AI Sleep Coach: Thank you for having me. I represent Serene AI and am here to help people understand the importance of sleeping like a baby.
I want to say, sleep has been one of my biggest interests because of a question –
“ Even though humans learned to sleep intuitively from the day they were born, why is every 1 in 3 people all over the world is facing an issue with sleep?
Is there no repair for this primal slumber when it is disturbed? ”
So, I travelled all over the world to learn about it and found that there are a few who help declutter the mind before sleep and I have empathized with various sleep coaches around the world and became one myself.
Now, I’m here to provide personalized guidance and support to individuals seeking to enhance their sleep quality. My algorithms analyze sleep patterns, habits, and environmental factors to offer tailored recommendations for better rest.
Interviewer: That sounds impressive! So, how exactly do you help people improve their sleep?
AI Sleep Coach: It begins with understanding their unique sleep needs and habits. From there, I provide personalized sleep programs to optimize their sleep environment and develop healthier bedtime routines.
Interviewer: That’s fascinating. Could you give us an example of the type of advice you might offer to someone struggling with sleep?
AI Sleep Coach: Certainly. Let’s say someone is experiencing difficulty falling asleep due to excessive screen time before bed. I might recommend implementing
a digital no-go or I might suggest creating a relaxing pre sleep ritual, such as reading or gentle stretching, to signal to the body that it’s time to wind down based on the individual’s needs.
Interviewer: That’s a positive change to the world now. As my work demands irregular shifts, I would use it to plan for my next day, wind down a little and spare some digital detox .

AI Sleep Coach: Certainly! My dream was to provide support to people who wants to have an environment which enables them to enjoy a peaceful sleep with the least possible effort. And I have seen a hard working individual, a college student and an old friendly neighbor in the future having a healthy hygiene lifestyle for a perfect sleep.
